Prior to coming to Poland, I thought I knew a lot about the Holocaust.

This week we will mark 6 weeks left in our journey abroad.

Growing up in an Israeli household, I was taught about the Holocaust extensively ever since I was young.

Reflections from Poland

In fact it was probably one of the hardest experiences of my life.

I have not only grown as a person but also as a Jew.

I feel more than prepared and excited to come back and tell people about this amazing journey.

When I get home I know exactly what I want to do and I know exactly what impact I want to make.

Muss has made a huge impact on my life.

As an American Reform Jew who never took the religion very seriously, living in Israel for four months has really changed me.

Now that I identify myself much more strongly as a Jew.

I feel sad writing this knowing that this will be my last blog post from the Holy Land.

I always thought that my Jewish education ended at the time of my Bat-Mitzvah, but now I know this is just barely the beginning.

This is the end, I never thought we would get to this point.

Four months ago, I submitted my first blog.

I am so excited to see what else I get to learn and experience on this trip.
