From France to Hod HaSharon

Israel is so different from my birthplace, France, yet in some ways, it feels familiar. This past week has been a whirlwind of culture, history, and learning as I traveled through the country.
One of the highlights was visiting the mystical town of Tzfat, known for its deep religious roots and vibrant art scene. Walking through its winding alleyways, I explored stunning galleries filled with colorful, spiritual artwork that truly captured the essence of the city. I also had the chance to try a delicious lachuch, a classic Yemenite pancake dish!
Back in Hod HaSharon, our classroom sessions have been just as engaging. Learning in such a dynamic environment has made the experience even more meaningful, especially with the warmth of the local community. Everyone here feels like family, making it a true home away from home.
From discovering artistic treasures in Tzfat to diving into lessons in Hod HaSharon, this week has been an unforgettable blend of history, spirituality, and connection. I can’t wait to see what’s next!
