David was born in South Africa and made Aliyah in 1985.  After doing ulpan and studying at the Hebrew University, he started teaching at an Israeli school full time and working with teen groups from the USA. He soon became a teacher and administrator in a US high school based in Israel. Over the years he pursued dual passions about Jewish and Zionist education, and scuba diving. He has been with the Muss since October 2023, where he both builds itineraries for the school and its partners, and provides support for the dorm staff in the evenings and overnight.
