A Haiku on Being in Israel

Signing out for food
Grabbing ice cream with my friend
Israel just rocks

This Haiku represents the little things in life. My friends and I always stop by a small ice cream/gelato place whenever we sign out, and it has almost become a daily occurrence for us. While there is so much to write about when it comes to Israel and it's beauty, sometimes I realize that I have to sit back and enjoy the little things in life, no matter how small. These things are some of the most impactful moments in our lives and we never realize it until it is missing from that life. The big things are cool and a picture gets snapped of them, but nothing beats friendship and the memories that come with it. The memories I know I will never forget.
