My first week on campus has been quite an experience!

My first week on campus has been quite an experience! I have never been stuck in a quarantine with people I don't know. Due to these circumstances, I have created strong bonds with my roommates I would not have had without this quarantine. Although it is hard to be stuck in an unknown place for 2 weeks, AMHSI has made this crazy experience much more enjoyable. We had the opportunity to talk to an astrophysicist from NASA, take an interactive painting class on zoom, and emerging us in Israeli culture through entertainment and cuisine. These efforts make quarantine more fun and makes me excited to travel the land of Israel. I am so thankful for the opportunity to learn about the holy land and create life-long friendships.
