In my opinion I think that if you have the chance to study abroad, you should take it.

In my opinion I think that if you have the chance to study abroad, you should take it. It is very important to have an experience like this, to explore yourself without having the weight of your parents on your back, freedom, but with freedom comes responsibility. To be able to manage your time well, doing school work, hanging out with friends, and seeing family if you have there. You also have to be responsible for how you spend your money. Studying abroad you get a sneak peek at how it’ll feel being in college and being away from home. Overall I think being able to come to Israel to study has been so life changing and I have been able to grow as a person and learn about my Jewish roots. 

Studying abroad means to me, leaving home and going to a different country or continent to study and learn about something you are interested. Studying abroad means you are comfortable with stepping out of your comfort zone and trying new things. That could be meeting new people, trying new food, learning a new language, no matter what it is something that you think could benefit you in your lifetime. Something that you will always remember and be able to tell stories about what you did and smile.
