Etzle

Noam

Today we went to many different locations but the ones that stood out to me most was the prison and seeing the water tunnels by the border of Lebanon. In the prison we got to see where many very important Zionists were locked up during the British rule. We then had a very heated discussion about the Hagana and Etzle, many people thought that Etzle was being far to radical however I disagree because they were fighting in what they believed was unfairly taken from them and the land is theirs.

When we went to the tunnels we got to take a Gondola down to the water and saw the sun set. It was absolutely stunning, we saw an Israeli Navy ship and it felt like a sign of hope after learning such awful things in Poland earlier this week. After the Gondola we walked through the tunnels that had beautiful water holes and small streams flowing into the ocean. - Noam
